Need Engineer Visit Please (d/s voltage levels)

 

Hi,

I keep having to reboot my hub every other day and it's very annoying.

From a previous helpful chat with a non-Virgin forum member, I understand the downstream voltage should be dB10mV or so. As you can see they are way over that.

@virgin please send an engineer to sort this out for me.

I don't understand why the remote checks fail to pick up this basic issue.

Apologies for the delays in responding to your post regarding the broadband issues experienced., we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of this via the forums.

 

Having checked the account with the details ew have here we can see this is still an issue. I've booked a technician to attend on the 25th February between 8am and 12pm, you can verify this via the MyVM app virg.in/myVM

 

There are lots of other benefits to using the MyVM app such as checking your bills, service status checker and even referring a friend!! Let us know how the visit goes.
