Downstream power looks a touch too low on your DOCSIS 3.1 downstream channel, the range of power levels across other downstream channels looks too wide to me at 5.6 dBmV (you'll see the uncorrected post-RS errors are correlated with your higher power levels) , and the signal to noise ratio is too low on channel 12, which looks like an RF noise ingress issue. If all of the coax connections between hub and wall are good, and a restart doesn't sort this out (which I doubt it will) you'll need a technician visit to sort it out. I'll flag for the forum staff to advise on that.
