An occasionally intermittent broadband connection has now become serious. Today we have no broadband at all; the wifi router is appearing for a few seconds and then disappearing, making it unusable.
All I get from 150 is a recorded message saying that there’s an intermittent fault in my NW3 2QS area; I already knew that. No mention of when it will be fixed, just that “engineers are aware of the problem”, and that it’s “complex”.
