NRF signal detected

since last week, the network became very slow. And from yesterday, it stopped working. I checked the hub, it reports ‘no RF signal detected’. I tried reboot many times, but no changes.

the post code is HA7

Check the coax cable is secure at the Hub and at the wall.

Call 0800 561 0061 to check for a local faults via the automated service.

Customer Services are on 0345 454 1111 to report your fault and book an engineer.

your are right, they are fixing the network issue in this area for at least 4 days.
