HAVE HAD UPGRADE DONE ON WIFI, NOW TRYING TO GET VIRGIN ON MY NEW SMART TV. OR DO I NEED A TEC TO VISIT. I DID HAVE ONE BUT VIRGIN CANCELLED BECAUSE OF COVID 19. please advise thanks for you help

You can connect your TV to the TV box with an HDMI cable. Virgin won't send an engineer for that.
Are you trying to get a network connection on the TV?
