I had my hub 12th may virgin cane last weds to connect
had trouble getting to the green box to connect
im still not connected even though I was told they just needed to activate it so they did. Why don’t they know what’s happening or if it should be working and why am I charged for £66 WHEN I DONT EVEN HAVE IT WORKING A MONTH LATER
So is this a WiFi issue or a connectivity issue full stop?
