NEW CUSTOMER WIFI PROBLEM

I had my hub 12th may virgin cane last weds to connect

had trouble getting to the green box to connect

im still not connected even though I was told they just needed to activate it so they did. Why don’t they know what’s happening or if it should be working and why am I charged for £66 WHEN I DONT EVEN HAVE IT WORKING A MONTH LATER

So is this a WiFi issue or a connectivity issue full stop?

Does it work on a computer laptop plugged directly into the Hub on Cat5e/6 ethernet cable ?
