My upstream power seems low?

Hello

Internet connectivity seems to go down every once in a while (I know there has been service faults for a day or two from Virgin, but I don't mean that). This has been going on for a while. But it hasn't been enough to annoy me as much, but I am working from home now and it is important that I do not get outages.

I have been trying to find the fault myself before calling as I work in IT and networking. Downstream powers and SNR seem fine, it's the upstream that I'm concerned about.

Im getting a consistent 3.35dBmV, however I was expecting more in the late 30s of dBmV? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

In the network log I have seen the  "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" critical error at least once a day, sometimes more.

Edit: images weren't working so I've had to upload them to imgBB instead.
