My router has died. How do I order a replacement

Fed up ringing and ringing and going round in circles. All I want to do is order a replacement router for the one that is now pushing up the daisy's

You have 3 choices,
You can persevere on the phone (08:00 is the best time),
Use the Text Service on 07533051809,
Wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along. If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
