Hello since thursday 4 am my internet connection has been down?, i have checked all cables are plugged hub 5 is in red light blinking, and I have reboot reset and unplugged as it says to still nothing please help ASAP thanks.

Report the outage, Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.
Try a call to 0800 561 0061 to see if there is a known outage in your locality.

Has the status of our services changed after your above post to show an outage (on our page) or did you manage to rum our online broadband checks on your account in this case, as seen here?
