My hub3 is displaying a orange light after a reset by virgin support via phone, how can it be fixed as my Internet connection is intermittent for the 3 days
A yellow light indicates that a wireless device has struggled to connect, doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong.
Thank you for reply but unfortunately it isn't a yellow light, it's a more orange-red in colour, it's standing free from everything so has plenty of ventilation too.
