Last week my hub have red light I did everything switched off etc. but nothing helps. My hub is 4 and half years old maybe that’s why?
any helps or advice please

Hi casper6, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that there is an issue with the broadband connection.
Can you ensure that the cables are hand tight and perform a pin hole reset?
How is the service since posting? Have things now improved?
