My graph looks insane

At first I thought all that red ping was when my laptop was off and not monitoring, but that's not the case at all

That can't be good?  Surely isn't just from high usage due to working from home?

For info, my Virgin router is now in modem mode, into an ASUS router.

Not good at all that's for sure. 

If the router is now in modem mode.. Double check all connection are secure especially your main vm cable going in the vm hub.

Look like you have a noise problem on your circuit  as your PostRS errors are far to high.  They should be 0 ideally.

You will need an engineer to fix this.
