My broadband hub is broken. It does not have any lights. I think the 12v power adapter is broken. I have

Broadband hub not working. No lights. I think the 12v adapter is broken. Checked the fuse. It us ok

Phone it in as a fault and report a 'total loss of service'.

Depending on how fast VM fixes it, you may be entitled to compensation for the total loss of service.
