My Wifi interference from SKY

So every time I log into my router I see this:

It's as if I'm connected to the sky router a few doors down.... but I'm connected to my own router starting VMXXXXXX.

My router has a solid yellow light and the CS agent on the phone AGREED I had a tech interference issue, but they couldn't tell what the issue was.

I was on the phone so long got disconnected and they never called me back (left my number). 5 called in the last week and nobody can help they keep blaming other issues, one agent even blamed my Mac Book Pro.

Service has been so bad can someone please help me.

the images show you are NOT connected to virgin, your device is connected to a sky provided network.

I am 100% connected to my Virgin Hub checked 100x

 

when i refresh I flicks between my router and the sky router.

Virgin have already agreed there is interference with my router. They just havent provided a fix.

you are not.
if you see a sky router admin page on a 192.168.x.x IP address then you are connected to that sky router, so that sky router is on your local network.

nothing virgin can do about that, that's up to you to find out where they rogue sky router is on your network.

show a screenshot of the wifi networks on the device you took the screenshot from.

It’s not possible for any interference unless the Sky router is using the exact same SSID and password

Your is connected to the Virgin network. No question of that.

Your mobile device is connected by WiFi to the Sky router.

On your mobile device you should disconnect the WiFi from the Sky router and connect it to the Virgin one. If in doubt, log on to your Hub and change its SSID to something different that you will recognise on your mobile device.

1. I dont have a sky router

2. the sky router is password protected and I dont have this

3. confirmed interference from virgin already

 

you can spend all day here telling me "ITS NOT CONNECTED" but I already know it is and there is an issue myself and clearly you have not experienced before.

 

I prefer to talk to virgin directly not sit here having a lil debate....

Phone them then. Or wait a week for a mod to reply here.

Or accept what’s being told to you here by experienced community individuals.
