My WiFi

Hi 

last Wednesday I was disconnected due to going to Sky !! They couldn’t come out due to CV19 I totally understand I rang Virgin and they promised to reconnect could take 72 hours I understand but now I still don’t have it . I work from home and my daughter is trying to study with no WiFi for 6th form computer work . 
Is there any chance I will be seen soon ?  I’ve got every thing just need to be Reconnected please xxxx

Hi,

Best thing to do would be try to ring back customer services. Unfortunately their are large call volumes at the moment but bear with it.
