My Hub 3.0 was working when...

Two days ago, my wifi was working perfectly when two Virgin Media technicians come to my flat without tell to any neighbour to start to move some cables next to my street door and they just told me 'we are fixing some problems' then my wifi stop working but they already disappear. I check all cables and I tried to switch to modem mode but still not working. The router is showing two green signals but when I try to connect with Google show me the big button to fix the problem and then show me "error, follow the steps" screen. When I enter to settings show me the  "Acces denied to the red" in red. I upload some photos of the box that the technicias touch that day.
