My Hub 3.0 has been UPGRADED ...to a Hub 3.0....????

Hope this is the right place for this!!

Renewed broadband contract (by telephone) on Tues a.m. ...and was offerred  what I understood to be a Hub 4.0 router...as an Upgrade to my existing Hub 3.0.

Yesterday (very quick delivery!! 🙂 )....another Hub 3.0 arrived.... 😞

Have completed an on-line complaint form....which seemed to be the best option available.

Any comments out there??

The Hub4 is no better than the Hub3.

The on-line 'complaint' appeared to be the only way available....short of hanging on the phone for an age...to contact Virginmedia.

Perhaps a Cloud Computing Jedi knows of a better way...?
