My HP printer & smart living room light won’t connect with 5ghz…

Both the HP printer & smart light bulb work off 2.4ghz… but now we have upgraded the hub we can’t connect them! Is there any way around this?

Go into the settings on the hub and split the WiFi bands, give them names like home-2 and home-5. You can then connect them to home-2. Also turn off smart/intelligent WiFi.

I installed a new Hub4 yesterday and had a similar issue.

I managed to connect by just logging in to the hub and disabling 5 ghz temporarily.

Turned it back on once installed and all worked well..
