My Connect app can’t find my Hub3

I want to use Virgin Media Connect to identify WiFi cold spots.  However the app can’t find my Hub3 and asks whether I’m connected - when clearly I am.

You don’t need the connect app to do that.

Go to each room and look at the WiFi signal and run a speed test.

If either have deteriorated then you know it’s a low signal room.

All is set up as per guide but app cannot find hub3.

How do I sort this, please?

You don’t. There’s no reason to use the app.
