I only have been using Virgin media broadband for couple of day. Everything is set up properly. I have checked connection using the service on the app and it seems working fine.
My phone and tv is connected and have the internet but my wife's phone doesn't. Even when she connects to the router it says no internet. Same problem with my Dell laptop.
Any advice would be appreciated

Hey dariuszbielecki, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to see some devices aren't connecting to the router.
I've taken a look at our side and I can't see any major issues, please can you let me know what phone is not connecting?
Also what error message is it giving you when you try connecting to the router on these devices? Thanks

Is this only happening on your wife's phone? Are all other devices connected via WiFi working without issue?
If so, does your Wife's phone has any issue connecting to other WiFi connections?
