Moving to a new flat, flats in neighbouring building can get Virgin Media but not us

Hi,

I’m due to be moving to a new flat in a few weeks and I’ve been checking out internet options.

According to the coverage checker the flats in the building next to ours can get full fibre from Virgin Media, however none of the flats in our building can get Virgin Media.

Is this a mistake or will we actually not be able to get Virgin Media?
