Does anyone know the easiest way to organise for virgin media to be transferred over to a new home. the website sends me to webchat but there has been no response for an agent and I have been attempting for hours

theres a freephone number 0800 052 0422. You need option 4 to speak to retentions
sytems have feen down and/or iffy for a few days so getting though may take a while
