Moving TIVO and Hub (Modem)

Hi,

I need to get an Engineer to relocate my TIVO and Hub to different locations (and hence recabling etc).  It has all been in the same location since cable internet actually came from the set-top box!.  Anyway - I have attached 2 photos to show what I need to achieve.  Could a customer Support agent help with this?

Call it in to book a Tech visit to relocate the VM cabling - it will cost £25.

Note.... they will not do any ethernet cabling - that's for you to sort out

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

How do you call for this?  Any special number?

Pity they have stopped doing Ethernet cabling, they set it up for me originally

Call free on 150 VM line - or 0345 454 1111 (others - national rate)
