Moving House

I just renewed my contract which was sorted over the phone within seconds but apparently moving home for existing customers is not such a priority. The office that deals with this is apparently closed ref Covid. Virgin Media social media support is non exsistant. The website way is to open a message us box which has sat unreplied to on my desktop for 8 hours.

Anyone with any ideas before I cancel that renewal and go another way? (generally happy apart from this).
