Hi. I'm a broadband customer and might be moving house shortly. Your site says it is available at my new property but How do I know if you need to attend for an install? Thanks.
When you arrange this through the move and transfer department they will tell you.
if the property has had service before virgin can offer to QuickStart you (self install)
if the property has never had service, then you need a technician to install.
one way of knowing this
is there a brown box externally or any white boxes internally (usually branded Virgin, NTL,telewest etc)
