I have recently moved home and was told my services would be good to go by the 11/06 and received texts saying my services are now activated after I text GO however it is a day later and I still have no working internet connection.

Thanks everyone, engineer called Friday and it was a faulty part in the white plug to the router.
I was just out of the 14 days but hopefully it will now work!
