Hi,
The router in our home is located in a room which isn’t convenient and we’d like it moved elsewhere.
From reading other posts on the forum, it seems like we can pay £25 to arrange a technician visit to help with this - is that correct?

Yes, that’s correct.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
