Modem only mode (hub version required)

Hi

what is the minimum Hub version number to be able to switch to Modem-only mode? I think I have Hub 2.0 - the black one in this pic? I’ve looked through the admin menus and can’t see an option to enable modem-only. I’m on a 1gb plan in Ireland.

This is a UK Virgin forum.  However to get modem mode you will have to request your Hub to be changed to IPv4 only.  VM in Ireland have CGNAT and IPv6 by default, and this does not allow for modem mode.

You need to ask for IPv4 over there
