My mobile (iphone xm with new O2 sim) is struggling to hold reception of more than two Bars even next to the new  router 4.

Virgin connect tells me it’s not connected to the router.

I have followed all the re connect instructions without success.

VM have weak Wifi by the hubs but you can get your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and put the hub in modem mode.
