Hello can anyone help please. My samsung and daughters android phone cannot connect to my wifi. They both state in wifi settings connected but no internet access. I have reset wifi settings on both phones. I've reset the router but still saying connected but no access to wifi. It started this morning when my Alexa also couldn't connect. What have virgin changed ?
