Missing router

Anybody had this with virgin.. ordered a new router 29th May.. it never arrived.. so rang on the 1st June to be told if had been delivered.. no it hadn’t then lady comes back on.. oh no there’s a delay it will be the 8th June.. ok.. the. Gets a msg off yodel we’ll deliver your parcel on the 3rd June.. great.. waited all day.. checked online to see you collected your parcel at 17.17.. erm no I never.. have been into virgin text  since 17.39 ( I’m still on now getting know where ) who are saying ignore that it’s getting delivered on the 8th I’m so confused

To be honest yodels reliability is similar to that or a chocolate fireguard. It might be really weird but I'd take virgins date before yodels... Assuming they've not lost the parcel in a warehouse or delivered it to the wrong address (both of which I've had happen in the past. One parcel they paid compensation on. Another turned up 6 weeks late. )
