Missing external cable cover

I have recently moved into a new home and have already got Virgin Media set up and working well. However I’ve realised that the external cable cover is missing so the wires at the front of the property are exposed. Is there any way that I can get this replaced?

Sorry to see the Omni box has been left in this state, I would like to go about fixing this with you, for me to do so I will need to confirm some information from you in a private message.

Post up a photo and a VM person on here can assess and organise a repair for you when they get here in  a day or two

Hello. I'm replying to your comment hoping you'll respond. I actually have same problem regarding the cable cover, it's also damaged. I was hoping that you could help me get it fixed. I'm attaching a picture of damaged cable. Thanks.20231203_115744.jpg

I am so sorry that you are facing an issue with your cable and thank you for providing the image. Are you able to clarify what the fault is with the outdoor cable as we cannot see in the photo?

Well the cover at the base is missing. The cable itself is fine.
