Missing Coax Power Plug

Seen multiple posts on here regarding a missing coax plug - we’ve tried calling VM themselves but instead sent out an Ethernet cable 😂

Can anyone else help?

The item is the ONT or ONU power supply for an FTTP / RFoG installation.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 & explain what you need.
