I'm using the Virgin Hub 2 router which is connected by ethernet to a Dock and then USB-C to laptop.
When using Microsoft Teams, video calls lose internet connection after around 10 minutes, I then cannot re-connect on this laptop and have to re-boot to get the internet connection back. In the meantime (whilst waiting for the re-boot) I am able to re-connect to the MS Teams video call using a different laptop via Wifi but this then also causes the internet to drop on that laptop.
I've not noticed the internet dropping at any other time. All of my kit is new apart from the router.
I've just tried it with Modem Mode enabled and the internet dropped after only a couple of minutes on an MS Teams video meeting with one other person.
I re-booted and re-joined the call but this time I switched my laptop camera off (only via the privacy switch, it seems to work for longer when I do this) and the call went without issue for 30 minutes.
