Microsoft Teams and Cisco Audio problems

dorrpark22
On our wavelength

Im trying to work from home and have to attend MS Teams and Cisco calls but they keep dropping packets and losing audio.

I have tried being wired and wireless connected boht have problems.

I wonder if its something getting filtered on the network but cannot get an answer from 150.

See others suffering too.

Hi dorrpark22

We can see this has been raised in another thread we have replied to, we ask for all replies to be kept to one thread to make sure there is no confusion and all of the information ins one location. The other thread will be kept open so feel free to reply there but this one will be closed.

Hello, I dont mind you closing the thread but it would be helpful to know if the area problem is now fixed as it was suggested this was causing the issues I was having?

@robert_p

To check the known local faults call : 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service.

Thanks but for some reason the afore mentioned area fault was not available to see on the system.

Using the "Check service status" at the top of this page - the fault has to black out a service for half of Colchester before it shows any issues.

For us the 0800 561 0061 number is the more up to date and the most local.
