Do you mean make another post with the image of the BQM?
I guess I'll see if VM will respond here, if not I'll give them a call. Trying to play online games at the moment is nearly impossible haha.
You can copy and paste the BQM link from my post 18 and leave at that and wait for VM.

Hoping to get some help from VM. Here is a link to my BQM showing there is pretty bad latency issues on my connection. No reported faults in my area.
I noticed my BQM still shows large spikes, could this just be due to heavy usage during the day? My internet seems to be a little bit better today but it's still fairly unstable. Would love to get some help from VM if possible!
