Mac not connecting to Wifi

Hi, Please help as all my other devices are connected but just trying to connect another mac and it wont connect. many thanks

And what Mac model and age is it? Can you "see" the SSID of your network in the list in the dropdown from the toolbar's wifi icon?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

it asks for WPA2 password.

Gary...I have done that

I change the password from the factory set to a word with numbers and works fine on other devices but not this mac

Appreciate your help

Have you set it to WPA2 rather than WPA/WPA2 ?

What Hub model is it? I recall distantly there were a few threads a couple of years ago from SH2 users saying that the Hub was throwing up these messages and dropping the wifi connections. Not sure if they resolved it in a firmware update - but they were swapping Hubs for it
