MISSION IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT VIRGIN??

Hi,

I have issues from months, I have made complaints and tried to contact them by phone around 15-20 times. No one picks up the call - they put you on hold for 30-45 mins and then suddenly drop your call !!

This is happening from months !!

Are they running some scam - taking payment every month but not providing service!!

No they sent me a letter stating that will increase the monthly Bill to £4.00 ??

Is it some kind of joke ? They think people will leave this way and we don't have to to compensate them for the PAST Rubbish we thrown to them for months  without asking ??

Is this same VIRGIN MEDIA  or bunch of  looters are incharge ?? Really fed up  from their dirty little tactics and foul play!!  

HOW TO CONTACT THEM ??  Can anyone help PLEASE?

Wifi disconnects every few mins
Have done all the checks and reset etc etc//

We have laptops/phones etc device... no connection is on wire except TV
We dot use TV much to be honest// so actually is all about wifi connection

vm do not guarantee any speed or connection by wifi

Are you kidding me? What do you mean ???
Who uses mobile phones /tablets or laptops with wired connection ??

And what does it mean ??

Are  you saying that if connection drops, they are not answerable to this problem? WOW !!

They have promised this and they have to RESPOND  FIRST !!
PICKING Money every month from customers hard earn POCKETs !! Ohhh YES.., they are indeed NEED TO PROVIDE THE QUALITY they promised for !

OR They have to stop doing FALSE and LIES Through marketing and the TV adverts // 

Amazon have been SUMMONED in court by 11 European watchdogs only for NOT making the return process easy and unclear..,
And here THIS VIRGIN Media is smashing all the basic business parameter and MUST-PROVIDe service and still no one ask a question ?

They need to FIX this ASAP - this can not go in such way ......  they are even ignoring the complains ...
Have made 5 complaints and have even complaints reference numbers too

No point getting angry. Its no secret Virgin  Wi-Fi router is not able to handle Wi-Fi.

Like yourself I was also frustrated initially..but if you invest in a 3rd party router for about £50 or a Mesh system for £100 you will have decent Wi-Fi and better coverage of the house.

Yes I agree with you wired connection is not ideal. I only have wired connection to the Sky Q box as its only 1ft away from router and both behind TV.

As for you price increase there are ways round it if you not in fixed contract.
