in the sense that i have never bean able to block a divice at certen times and the help line was unable
to when thay had a go

FWIW I just rechecked this on my test hub 3 V11 hardware, 9.1.1912.302 software and macfiltering still worked With my WIFI HOME PLUG:

You might want to consider elaborating further:

  1. Hub model
  2. hardware version
  3. software version
  4. item detail affected/tested

so those with same test scenario can also re-check/compare for you?
