Hi all Could anyone help me I recently upgraded to virgin m500 broadband from m300 I am getting ok speeds at times but the issue I am having is it keeps losing connection and devices keep getting disconnecting at least 4/5 times a day ie my son is doing his a levels and it kept on dropping connection yesterday I have tried all the basics like turning the router on and off etc it used to happen on the m300 but it seems to happen even more since I upgraded. I have read posts on here with photos of router status and bqm monitor I can get them if anyone can help thanks in advance
Connect to the hub by clicking on this link http://192.168.0.1/ That should pull up the log in page for the hub. But don't log in, just click on the link "Check router status" That'll bring up a window with five tabs. Open the Downstream tab. Select all the text (Ctrl-A if using a keyboard), copy it (Ctrl-C), then paste it (Ctrl-V) into a reply here. Post that, do the same for the Upstream and Network log. You'll get an error message when you post the Network log, just click on "post" a second time.
Then we can check for any obvious problems with power, noise or error counts.
