hello, so i have a m350 package and we was getting low speeds and after 5 days of messaging customer support ( really slow even before covid ) they asked to send a new hub and its been 7 days now and the wifi speeds is even slower! Wired only getting 20-40mbps its not enough for the wired person to play the playstation constant lagging, and the wifi upstairs is only hitting 20mb.. i thought it might of been the ethernet cable but i bought a new cat7 ethernet cable and no difference ever since we got VM its been nothing but hassle can someone help please! Ive been waiting 42 hours almost for a reply from VM support. Also when i go on the app and do testings it says the signal strengh and speeds is V Good even though it isnt. help please thank you.
