So for 12 months almost . Lots of buffering when I stream . Also on most devices I end up tethering from my mobile to help with connection and speed 🤷♀️ Multiple chats with support and had engineer out in March . Worse than ever now . I have m100 package. Support tells me I don’t need to increase as this is plentiful?? And there seems to be no issues??? Lots of issues when I’m trying to work from home and chill with a movie at night 😡 Do I just need to sack it and change providers??
