Lost MDD Timeout

Hi

I need help. since february my connection is intermittent and from yesterday slow...very slow.
I have got 350mb internet and can achieve on average 30mb...

also i already checked for faults in my area etc and i have been rebooting, reseting in many different ways like 10 or 60 seconds...

I'm sorry that you've been experiencing some issues with your broadband service for some time now. I've been able to find your account and it looks like there's an ongoing SNR outage in your area which will definitely be the cause of the issues. The good news is that the outage is estimated to be cleared by tomorrow, so please do let us know how your connection is from then after. Sadly the outage is still ongoing 

It has been pushed back to a review date of the 5th May
