Loss of service

Dialled in

Has anyone in area 14 had a loss of service tonight. My Broadband went off around 8pm but the service status is saying no problem.

I phoned customer service to report it but have to wait for at least 24 hours.

Have you tried the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area?

I'm so sorry that you have faced issues with your connection, I have taken a look but cannot see any outages in the area that could be causing this. 

Can I ask how things are looking since your last post?
