Loss of broadband and price increase.

hello I really need to talk to someone about my broadband account please been trying for 6 weeks I can't get threw  the broadband was on and off for 5 weeks before Christmas hopefully this will work. The price went up £5 in the meantime and now its goin up another £3 iv been with yous about 12 year and will be leaving if I carnt get help I'll just cancel my direct debit and go with BT for £25 a month my name is [REMOVED] account number is [REMOVED] area [REMOVED]. thanks

1 NEVER give your account detais out.
2) cancelling your DD will not cancel the contract you'll end up with a black mark on your credit file
