Just get a router that has at least a 2.5Gb NIC to match the Hub 5's. Any WiFi access points should be WiFi 6 for similar reasons.
Depending on how much work you want to do, I would suggest a non wifi router that has a WAN throughput to match the 1Gb tier and wifi 6 PoE access points. You will also need a switch capable of at least 2.5Gb traffic. Cable as much as possible with Cat 6a.
Some of the most adventourous here would be using Unifi, Mirotek, Draytek to name a few.
Consider your property and start with a drawing and planning the implementation carefully.
