Lights on Hub

Hi,
The green wifi light and a flashing green light are showing on my wifi hub 3.0. I have followed the instructions for changing the security settings on the network as on my iphone it was displaying weak security. I have pin reset the hub 4 times and have also rebooted using the hub login service. Both lights are still showing and i still have no connection.

How can i fix this?
