Evenings is the issue - not 12 noon when youy call and say everything is OK !!!

please do not close off any ticket, this is half the problem,

January 14th was the first record of this complaint, closed tickets are where we are now APRIL !!!

so i get told to rearrange an engineer appointment, but my account has no such appointment #FAIL

engineer arrived to "fix a TV", no record of Internet problem on his ticket - well that was a great start!  #FAIL

as predicted " it all looks fine right now" yes I explained, the problem is at 8pm onwards

Absoluelty hopeless - no use, no help, "call cust services" what use us that?

All I can now do is CANCEL my acccout

Looks like over utilisation.

Nothing a field engineer can fix.
