Latency issues

On our wavelength

Had an ongoing issue in our area for a while, high latency making working from home impossible. From what I understand we have a Sync issue between the hub and the street cabinet resulting in partial service.

Hoping a virgin team  member will see this and send an engineer out to fix the issue.

The Downstream Errors across all channels is the stand out concern. If error figures are still rising there is a local noise issue.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment, I can see that the area issues that were affecting you have now been resolved.

Both Realspeed and BQM traffic follow the same journey from the home to the public internet.

So what is BQM showing, latency on their end or en-route ? We can not tell from the graph.

As I read it, BQM shows the latency spikes over a 24 hour period compared to just a snap shot from Sam knows at the time of test.
