Latency issues hopefully getting solved.

Hopefully heading in the right direction finally after nearly a year of latency issues. Virgin sent an engineer who spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem with the Virgin network team. The fibre between my local green Virgin box and the main node is damaged and will have to be replaced. Took an email to the CEO and a formal complaint lodged to the regulator, but we seem to be moving finally in the right direction.
